Hire Resolve is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Civil Draughtsman to join their Client's team in Durban. Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive drawings and plans for diverse civil engineering projects. Collaborate closely with engineers and team members to ensure the accuracy and timely completion of project drawings. Conduct thorough reviews and revisions of drawings to meet project specifications and deadlines. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior draughtsmen, fostering their growth in the field. Participate in on-site visits and surveys to gather essential data for project drawings. Ensure strict adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards in civil engineering. Requirements Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering. Proven track record as a Civil Draughtsman, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in civil engineering design and drafting. Demonstrated management experience of at least 4 years. Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Ability to create 3D presentations and utilize GIS output effectively. Thorough understanding of civil engineering principles and practices. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to challenges. Benefits Salary: Negotiable.
