As a Civil Engineer specializing in construction and site management, you will play a vital role in overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include managing site operations, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities:- Manage construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on construction sites.- Review and approve construction plans, drawings, and specifications.- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams as needed.- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and schedules. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.- Proven experience in construction and site management, preferably in civil engineering projects.- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.- Excellent project management and organizational skills.- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for project management and design (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera).- Commitment to safety and quality in construction practices. Qualifications:- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.- BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering or related field.- Experience working on large-scale construction projects.
