RPO Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency, is currently looking for a Senior Civil Site Agent/Contracts Manager for our client in the construction industry. As a Senior Civil Site Agent/Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil construction projects from start to finish. This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership and project management skills. Responsibilities: Manage the entire construction process, from planning to execution Coordinate with project teams to ensure project completion on time and within budget Oversee and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Manage contracts and negotiate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the construction process Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and other legal requirements Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, or a similar qualification Minimum of 10 years' experience in civils/roads/stormwater SACPCMP registration: Pr.CM will be advantageous CCS certification and proven proficiency Strong leadership and project management skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in project management software and tools Benefits Salary: negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact RPO Recruitment for our next career opportunity.
