An industrial property management and leasing Company is looking for a Senior Property Creditors Controlle that is responsible for the full creditor's function of the Company and ensures that all creditors are paid accurately and timeously. Property management experience is mandatory. Knowledge and experience on the accounting package MDA is mandatory Accurately raise purchase orders on MDA Ensure purchase orders are sent to suppliers timeously Accurately capture invoices on MDA Ensure invoices are authorised in accordance with levels of authority Ensure invoices are allocated to the correct supplier and general ledger accounts daily Ensure alignment between invoices and purchase orders in the database Accurately process invoices in the accounts payable and post batches daily Prepare month end payment packs timeously, ensuring all supporting documents are attached Sending remittance advices to the supplier post payment Filing of invoices post payment Accurately prepare monthly reconciliations of creditor account statements against the A/P age analysis Accurately reconcile G/L creditors accounts monthly to ensure that the accounts are correctly balanced. Experience, Qualifications and Skills Diploma in accounting or finance A minimum of 3 years' work experience in property management A minimum of 5 years' work experience in a creditor's role Experience in MDA is essential Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and in a team Market related.
