MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Diploma/Degree in Agriculture
At least 5 years experience on a dairy farm
Dairy Management experience essential
Previous Pasture Management essential
Ability to motivate and work with a team
Strong record of management skills
Computer Literate
Must be a hands-on person, hard-working, deadline-driven and diligent
Exceptional leadership and management experience, with good interpersonal communication skills
Ability to speak Sesotho
Maintenance orientated
Valid drivers license
