You will be responsible for analysing and interpreting complex data sets to derive meaningful insights. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, business problems, developing data models, and providing actionable recommendations. The role also utilizes statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to present findings and collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes. In addition to the above, you will: Data Strategy: Execute and deliver against iKhokha’ s data strategy aligned with organizational goals. Recommend improvements in data collection, storage, and processing. Advanced Analysis and Quality: Conduct complex data analysis, insights and value based outputs. Provide insights into trends, patterns, and outliers in the data Data Quality management Mentoring and Training: Mentor junior analysts and Co-workers and provide guidance on data analysis techniques. Conduct training sessions to enhance skills with business Dashboard and Report Design: Design comprehensive dashboards and reports for key stakeholders. Ensure the effective/Efficient communication of insights through visualizations. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business managers, domain experts, and IT teams. They need to effectively communicate technical concepts, present and translating their findings into Business insights, and understand the requirements and objectives of the stakeholders.
