Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights
Develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics support
Utilize SAS as the primary analytic tool for data analysis and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions
Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
Create and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations
Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Qualifications:

BSc in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent
5-7 years of experience in data analysis
Expertise in SAS (essential)
Proficiency in Tableau, Python, SAP, and SQL
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
