We're on the hunt for someone like you to push the boundaries of product design within our dynamic multi-disciplinary teams Spearheading creative and content strategy initiatives as an expert in your field. Contributing to a wide array of content design projects. Engaging in continuous improvement efforts to refine our digital content offerings. Collaborating closely with the group head of marketing, social media manager, and marketing team. Demonstrating a deep understanding of the web, technology, and audience dynamics. Prioritizing metrics and aligning efforts with OKR measures. A relevant degree or equivalent qualification is a must. Proven experience in crafting and curating engaging content for websites, intranets, social media platforms, Google, and YouTube. Knowledge and Experience: Extensive expertise in content creation and editing across various digital platforms. Passion for design, animation, and unleashing creativity. Proficiency in content management systems (such as Paperflite) and adeptness in writing and editing compelling content. Stellar interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Confidence in navigating through different levels of content understanding. Ability to work autonomously and make informed content decisions. Prior experience in fast-paced digital environments, including short-notice assignments and occasional weekends. Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Analytics, HTML, and email newsletter software (e.g., Mailchimp). Familiarity with survey software (e.g., JISC, MS Forms), online forms software, Photoshop, Adobe editing tools, social media-specific animation tools, and video editing software (with support).
