Senior Digital Finance Transformation Manager Applicants must have the following requirements: Must have a Master's Degree or a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology Must have 8-10 years of experience in Senior Management and Finance Systems. Must have experience leading digital transformation initiatives within the finance function like implementation of AI, Blockchain, ERP systems, RPA, and Cloud computing. Must have experience in managing compliance with financial regulations and enhancing risk management processes using advanced technologies. Must have knowledge of financial software and systems like CRM and ERP solutions. Must have knowledge of regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and best practices related to the public sector. Must have knowledge of the tourism and conservation industry. Must have knowledge of relevant legislation. Must have knowledge of financial and project management principles.
