Senior Duty Manager for Hotel - South Africa
This is a full-time role for an Senior Duty Manager at a hotel in City of Cape Town. Senior Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and working closely with the General Manager to achieve the hotel's financial goals. Qualifications Degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field3 years of experience in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory position.Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skillsProven track record in driving sales and revenue growthStrong understanding of hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food and BeverageExperience in managing budgets, financial reporting and revenue managementProficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and hotel property management systemsSalary 15k
