They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with a strong background in building services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing electrical systems for various building projects. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of electrical systems for building services, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems. Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather necessary information for project planning and design. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation. Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated and efficient building systems. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes. Ensure all projects comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable. Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on building services. Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP). Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
