National Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Project management, Operation management or Related Facilities Management QualificationÂ
valid Driver 's Licence
8+ Years Facilities Management CRP, Property Management and Financial managementÂ
Computer Skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS outlook etc
Knowledge of OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management, Risk Management Systems, Property and Contractual Law
DutiesÂ
Review all hard and soft FM service level agreements entered into with external service providersÂ
Determine compliance status with FM output specificationsÂ
Ensure BFm procedures for management, monitoring and audit of external service providers are compliant with BFMÂ contractual obligations and adequate for the purposes of BFM service delivery and risk reduction
Manage back to back SLA agreements with suppliers and effect corrective action on any deviation to the SLA
Monito service providers performance and effect corrective action on any deviation to the SLA
Meet and consult with BFM management and site staff
Review BFM Management and operational staff job descriptionÂ
Review current organization structures, personnel and reporting linesÂ
Ensure alignment of the BFM site personnel and staff outputs with strategic and operational objectives of (project agreement, FM output specifications, Best practice service delivery and BFM wider business and strategic objectives)
Review staff training initiatives and develop skills needs analysis in conjunction with BFM Department and implement recommendationsÂ
Co-ordinate team building and motivation workshops and interactive sessions with BFM operational staff
Manage BFM site labour relations issues in accordance with BFm policies and Procedures and statutory requirementsÂ
Manage staff performance and facilities improvement through regularly monitoring performance
Training, coaching, mentoring and development of subordinate employeesÂ
Review and ensure compliance of BFM obligations and responsibilities with respect to the Occupational Health and Safety Act and statutory requirementsÂ
Ensure effective policies and procedures are in place to manage and minimize BFM operational risks and obligationsÂ
Ensure quality systems of the Project Agreement are implemented and monitored on an ongoing basis for both technical and Fm servicesÂ
Liaise with BFM commercial manager and BFM site manager to manage and ensure costs are contained within budgets (OPEX and CAPEX)
Ensure document are maintained and updated at sites and regional offices in accordance with the agreement requirements
Adhere to the BFM 's Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Management Systems Policies and procedures of as applicable to this positionÂ
