To be successful in this role, you must have a relevant tertiary qualification (diploma or degree) in Agriculture. You should have at least 10 years experience working on a farm as well as solid pome and/or stone fruit experience.
Responsibilities in this role will include resource planning, monitoring productivity and quality standards compiling the annual budget. You will also be charged with overseeing new orchard development and people management within a unionised setting.
