As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and strategies of our organization. Responsibilities: Manage the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Develop and implement financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets in alignment with the company's goals. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. Manage cash flow, budgets, and financial risks. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals. Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and drive business growth. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a managerial role. In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and presentation abilities. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
