The Senior Finance Manager shall be responsible for the administrative, financial and risk management operations of the company to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. Cash flow management. Accounts Management. Management of budget. Operations and General management Management of Audit requirements. Full Tax Management. Financial Reporting. Budgeting. Compliance and reporting Management of the AR and AP Team of 10 colleagues Financial or Business Degree (BCom Fin/ CIMA or ACCA) 5 years of financial operations management experience Completed Articles will be an advantage Must have knowledge and working experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sage X3 Strong technical accounting knowledge including financial analysis and forecasting Ability to manage an AR and AP Finance Team to achieve set objectives IFRS competency Ability to use own initiative Change management skills Persuasion, influencing and leadership skills Market related remuneration Pension Long Service Awards
