Our client is offering a thrilling opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager to oversee their Group Reporting division. This position is not just a job; it's a career-defining move for a financial virtuoso who thrives under pressure and aspires to make a tangible impact. Lead the preparation of incisive monthly reports and provide insightful analysis. Engage with executive members through compelling presentations. Spearhead group and regulatory reporting activities with precision. Manage income tax and VAT submissions with a meticulous eye for detail. Enhance internal controls and mitigate risks within distribution channels. Craft detailed budgets and forecasts to steer the company's financial future. Conduct thorough reviews of trial balances and balance sheet reconciliations. Oversee daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Contribute to key projects, like the implementation of IFRS17. Prepare annual financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting policies. collaborate with auditors and serve as a trusted business partner for distribution channels. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team. A qualified CA(SA) At least 7 years of post-article and post-audit experience. In-depth IFRS technical knowledge, with a keen understanding of the financial services industry. Must be a SA citizen (non negotiable) 6 month Fixed Term Contract
