Responsibilities include processing inter-company transactions, preparing financial statements, and managing budgets versus actuals. They will provide strategic financial insights, oversee tax planning and compliance, and develop financial policies and controls. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and operational efficiency. Additionally, the candidate will supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance in financial deliverables. They must also manage reporting timelines and handle ad-hoc duties as necessary.
