Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) designation is required
10+ years of experience in financial management, with specific experience in the insurance industry
Strong understanding of short-term insurance principles and practices
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
Proven leadership and managerial skills
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards
Manage financial planning and analysis processes to support strategic decision-making

Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
