Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering from an accredited university Post-graduate degree in Geotechnical Engineering is considered an asset Registered as a Professional Engineer 10 years’ experience in relevant geotechnical field Experience in seismic design is considered an asset Experience with working on projects in a multi-disciplinary environment Sound understanding of design engineering codes and technical standards Strong written skills to prepare reports, proposals and other project deliverables Good communication and interpersonal skills Good planning and organizational skills Ability to function without supervision Good safety awareness
