About the role:
They are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Recruitment Consultant to spearhead their Recruitment Services division in South Africa. Package: R30 000/Month plus commission.

Responsibilities:
  • Leads and oversees all aspects of the Recruitment Services division, including candidate sourcing, selection, onboarding, and client management.
  • Develops and implements strategic initiatives to expand the client base and enhance revenue streams.
  • Fosters a high-performance culture within the team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to maximise individual and collective potential.
  • Establishes and maintains strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Stays abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.
  • Drives operational efficiency and process improvements to streamline workflows and optimise resource allocation.
  • Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies with broader organisational goals.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Employer on Record (EOR) services.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets, effectively manage client relationships, and drive business growth.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Sound understanding of South African employment regulations and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in utilising recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
