Job Title: Senior HR OfficerLocation: Krugersdorp, GautengHire Resolve, a reputable recruitment agency, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Officer to join our client's team in Krugersdorp. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions within the organization, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as providing strategic HR support to senior management.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions- Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary procedures- Manage performance appraisal process and provide guidance on performance management- Coordinate training and development programs for employees- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations- Handle employee benefits administration, including leave management and payroll- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes with senior managementRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a senior HR position- Proven experience in HR management with a significant focus on recruitment and talentdevelopment.- Knowledge/ experience with Time and attendance systems- Proven experience in a similar role- Strong verbal and written communication and reporting skills- Extensive knowledge of Legislation governing Employment Laws i.e. LRA, BCEA, EEA , SDA etc.- Understanding of Social and labour Plans and Mining Charter requirements- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environmentsBenefits:Salary: negotiableFamily Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Training and DevelopmentPaid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable)Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.Salary: negotiable.Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.Apply for this role today, contact Menina Campher at Hire Resolve or on LinkedInYou can also visit the Hire Resolve website: hireresolve.us or email us your CV: Mininghireresolve.za.comWe will contact you telephonically in 3 days should you be suitable for this vacancy.
