RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Officer to join our client's team. As a Senior HR Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function within the company. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Manage and oversee the full recruitment and selection process, including screening, interviews, and onboarding Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Administer compensation and benefits programs Develop and implement training and development programs Handle employee relations and provide guidance and support to employees and managers Manage performance evaluation and appraisal processes Maintain HR records and prepare relevant reports Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Proven experience in managing the full recruitment cycle Strong working knowledge of labor laws and regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications Benefits Salary: negotiable Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
