A very well-established Printing and Packaging company based in Cornubia is looking for a Senior HR Officer with Manufacturing and Supply Chain Industry experience. Partner with management teams to develop strategic HR plans to support the objectives and future direction of the business Ensures compliance to labour legislations, company policies and procedures Develop strategies for succession planning and talent management for key positions Ensure compliance with regulatory legal amendments applicable to transformation reporting Timeous execution and submission of workplace skills plan and annual training report Manage strategic projects as and when required Drive culture and engagement initiatives Relevant tertiary qualification with at least 3 - 5 years' experience in an HR Generalist role at HR Officer level Good working knowledge of HR legislative requirements Business acumen Advanced computer skills SAGE300 will be an added benefit as we are moving to the system in upcoming months COMPETENCIES: Excellent communication skills with an ability to business partner with business unit heads and line managers Creative writing ability Excellent report writing Team player Able to manage pressure and stress levels The salary is negotiable depending on experience.
