ACTOM AND LESEDI POWER SERVICES (PTY) LTD is an equal opportunity company, promoting affirmative action, has vacancies for a Senior HR Officer in the Management & Admin Department at our Ngodwana Site reporting to the HR Excecutive. Overall responsibility for the Human Resources and ability to assist with timesheets and payroll related queries. Manage conflict through mediation in line with company policies and procedures to ensure a harmonious climate on site is maintained. Provide HR interventions to support the leaders to achieve their goals and create positive and productive workplace. Ensure that there are sound employee relations on site, by providing support to managers and employees and promptly resolving all queries. Create an open communication platform for all stakeholders and create a teamwork culture. Ensure effective employee engagement and create an open communication platform for employees to express their views and drive accountability. Recruit Staff in line with company policy and employment equity plan. Provide Industrial Relations support to managers and ensure compliance with the grievance procedure, disciplinary procedure in line with applicable laws. Provide input into learning programs and assist with identifying programs. Identify local talent and initiatives to upskill the community. Develop and management of WSP and liaise with authorities. Manage the effective achievement of the team's objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing the team and providing formal and informal feedback to maximise overall performance, engagement and motivation. Develop and ensure the implementation of Admin Department work instructions, policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering service of high quality, in cost-effective and ethical manner. Develop and maintain accurate database, filing, record keeping of all O&M related documents. Ensure planning, scheduling, and monitoring of resources utilization. Ensure accurate and on time administration of payroll and liaise with support services. Ensure a smooth onboarding of new employees and ensure their onboarding programme is executed on time. Coordinate with training service providers and ensure all mandatory training are up to date as per each employee's pack. Ensure timeous ordering of office consumables and form part of auditing and stock taking. Prepare and provide reports for executive team. Administrative assistance to the Plant Manager and Directors from time to time. Deree in HR Management Market Related Apply Now
