SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST – Century City, Western Cape 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT R360 000 – R480 000 Per Annum Our Client, Multi-national Financial Services concern, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to provide support with their dynamic HR team. One would describe you as being a highly organised, adaptable, resilient and solutions orientated teamplayer who has a people-centric approach. You are a dedicated multi-tasker and strong communicator who places particular emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail. Further to this you have excellent judgement, interpersonal and decision making skills and ability to maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality. Job Purpose: The Senior Human Capital Generalist will be responsible for owning and executing all HR activities by integrating HR Best practices with effective internal HR policies, guidelines, and procedures. Minimum Requirements: Human Resources Related Qualification (Certificate, Diploma, Degree) 5 years proven experience in a Human Resources Generalist role (preferably within the Financial Services or related industry background) Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Proven ability to understand and implement HR requirements, policies, and procedures Responsibilities: Serves as a first point of contact in addressing inquiries, concerns and providing guidance on human capital policies and procedures Maintain and manage human capital policies and various documentation and employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating Developing and executing human capital policies and procedures, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations Welcome newly hired employees and execute the engagement plan throughout the onboarding journey, managing the end to end onboarding process Preparing and distributing of the Welcome packs for onboarding Attend to employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance Coordinate with the learning and development coordinator to support employee development initiatives Assisting managers with the performance management process by setting up performance goals and performance appraisal process and providing guidance on performance improvement plans Maintain human capital records and generate data, turnover rates, and other human capital analytics for various purposes Drive positive employee engagement and foster a positive organisational culture Organise staff events, and recognition programs and drive other related staff initiatives Assist and Support Continuous improvement on organisational performance and development through strategic development, succession planning, employee engagement, and wellness initiatives To apply for this role, please forward a detailed copy of your CV to Nicole Spamers: nspamerselev8recruitment.co.za SENIOR, HUMAN, CAPITAL, GENERALIST, Diploma, Degree, Human Resource Generalist, Financial Services, Investments, Off shore, wealth management, MS Office, HR requirements, policies and procedures, Apply Now
