Minimum requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Duties will include recruitment and selection, boarding of new employees, providing support to the HR department and preparing HR reports as required
Valid drivers license and own reliable transportation
