Reference: PE002586-MT-1 Our client, a leader in the Logistics Industry, is currently looking to employ a Senior Industrial Engineer based in Gauteng (Pretoria) Leading a team of Junior Engineers and Technologists which provides support to the operational departments. This includes managing projects to design, implement, stabilize, and continuously improve the logistical processes and systems. A wonderful career opportunity awaits you. Requirements: 5 years' or more working experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Planning, Cyclic Logistics. Proven track record of Successful Project Management. Previous leadership experience. Prior Automotive experience will be an advantage. Eng. Industrial. Master's diploma / NQF level 8. (This would include an Honours degree. Could take 1 to 2 years to complete). Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Project Management. Process and System design and implementation. Continuously improvement of processes and systems. Team Management. Workload management. Process and System failure root-cause analysis. Develop and maintain a trustworthy relationship with client and company Operations.
