Reference: NFR004126-CAY-1 Various clients are on the lookout for Senior Internal Auditors to join their team. As a Senior Internal Auditor , you will be responsible for leading and executing financial, operational, and compliance audits across various departments within the company. You will play a key role in assessing internal controls, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Duties and responsibilities include: Lead and conduct audits independently or in a team, ensuring audits are completed in accordance with established timelines and standards. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management practices, and governance processes. Identify and communicate audit findings to management and provide practical recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop audit plans and strategies that address key risks and objectives. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance audit methodologies and approaches. Participate in special projects and investigations as needed, providing expertise and support to cross-functional teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Internal Auditing. Honours degree in Internal Auditing or related qualification (advantageous) Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) Minimum 4 – 7 years of consulting Internal Audit experience Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical information.
