Responsibilities:
Identify and penetrate markets:

Proactively explore and expand into new markets to grow customer base.
Present compelling proposals and quaotations to attract new customers and enhance spending from existing clients
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the fastener industry
Familiarity with Boltpac system advantageous

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong customer relationships through technical support through technical support, efficient order management, and personalized service
Establish trust by consistently delivering on promises and promptly addressing customer needs

Contract Negotiation and Pricing:

Negotiate customer contracts and pricing agreements while ensuring accurate documentation and system input

Sales Operations:

Manage incoming sales inquiries and orders across various communication channels, including telephone, email, and social media
Provide prompt, accurate, and competitive quotations to potential and existing customers
Facilitate the prompt delivery of correct goods, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business
Conduct account management for assigned customer portfolios
Strategically revive dormant accounts through targeted sales initiatives
