Responsibilities: Identify and penetrate markets: - Proactively explore and expand into new markets to grow customer base.
- Present compelling proposals and quaotations to attract new customers and enhance spending from existing clients
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the fastener industry
- Familiarity with Boltpac system advantageous
Customer Relationship Management: - Build and nurture strong customer relationships through technical support through technical support, efficient order management, and personalized service
- Establish trust by consistently delivering on promises and promptly addressing customer needs
Contract Negotiation and Pricing:- Negotiate customer contracts and pricing agreements while ensuring accurate documentation and system input
Sales Operations: - Manage incoming sales inquiries and orders across various communication channels, including telephone, email, and social media
- Provide prompt, accurate, and competitive quotations to potential and existing customers
- Facilitate the prompt delivery of correct goods, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business
- Conduct account management for assigned customer portfolios
- Strategically revive dormant accounts through targeted sales initiatives
Sales and Target: - Meet and exceed sales targets and budgets, contributing to team success
Product Knowledge and Quoatations: - Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, including competitor offerings
- Prepare accurate quotations and process orders efficiently
Administrative Skills:
- Demonstrate proficiency in stock control and other administrative processes
