Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the IT infrastructure team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
Design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure solutions, with a strong emphasis on Azure cloud services.
Ensure the security, availability, and performance of our IT systems, including servers, networks, and storage.
Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business objectives and project requirements.
Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning, ensuring preparedness for potential IT disruptions.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) related to infrastructure services.
Monitor infrastructure performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement proactive measures.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL) preferred.
7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a strong focus on Azure cloud services.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing IT teams.
In-depth knowledge of Azure infrastructure components, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and security.
Experience with hybrid cloud environments and on-premises infrastructure integration.
Strong understanding of network architecture, firewalls, VPNs, and cybersecurity best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
