Senior IT recruiter to join recruitment team. Role will include sourcing,screening and shortlist qualified candidates for various technical roles. Must have the ability to network with candidates to attract talent. Must have the ability to build talent pipeline to assist in hiring and retaining the skilled employees. The ideal candidate will also; A relevant tertiary qualification with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role A proven track record and work experience in the IT field Hands on experience with interviews Technical expertise with the ability to understand and explain job requirements for the IT roles Ability to track applicants and databases Knowledge of sorucing techniques Excellent verbal and written communication skills Understand the HR practices and labour legislation Must be accountable Ability to work within a team Attention to detail Strong influencing and persuading skills
