We are currently sourcing for a strong IT recruiter Join our dynamic team Achieve and be rewarded KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Partnering with Business Developers and Account Manager to determine staffing needs Screening resumes Performing interviews with candidates Administering appropriate company assessments Performing reference and background checks Making recommendations to Business Development and Account Managers Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers Following up on the interview process status Maintaining relationships to ensure staffing goals are achieved Completing timely reports on activity Adhoc duties MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Matric 6 years’ experience in Recruitment IT Recruitment experience
