Seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer for a full time on-site position based in Sandton. Duties & Responsibilities: Support a multinational customers network in South Africa and 3 branches in Africa. Remote technical support for 3 branches in Africa Windows Support, Full Networking Support, FortiGate Firewall management, Wifi Management, Printer Management Boardroom with Teams Management Must have complete TCP/IP knowledge. Must have knowledge on firewall. Will be required to have meeting with the customer weekly on new items and progress of existing items. Will be required to meet with customers head office and IT offices weekly remotely. Must be extremely customer focused and a good personality to work with the customer Will report directly to a company director. Will manage a junior engineer and train the engineer as well. Strong knowledge on Microsoft product range Hardware Support Will be required from time to time to do after hours support for the customers general managers and CEO. Manage internal customer mobile phones (Apple) and manage service provider as well with SIM allocations and stock management. Must have a clean criminal record. Daily tasks, printer support, firewall and security checking. Internet management, boardroom management. Experience Required: 5 Years Support Engineer experience Experience with Windows Support, Full Networking Support, FortiGate Firewall management, Wifi Management, & Printer Management Boardroom with Teams Management experience Experience with TCP/IP Experience with Fortigate firewall devices Daily tasks, printer support, firewall and security checking. Internet management & boardroom management. Qualifications & Other : Matric Other IT certifications Own vehicle and divers license Preferred non smoker
