On-Premises Active Directory, Azure AD & M365 Upgrades & Patching Backups & Disaster Recovery End Point Management Documentation Collaboration and Knowledge Share Governance & Compliance Qualifications BSc in Computer Science or industry equivalent qualifications. Microsoft Certifications Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert Azure Administrator Associate Skills Minimum 5 years SENIOR IT System Administrator experience within a hybrid environment. Proven experience with server virtualisation and data centre administration. Proven experience in migrating to private/public cloud. Strong knowledge of industry standards, practices, and methodologies. Proven experience in disaster recovery, failover, and high availability management.
