Keep your finger on the pulse of legislative and case law developments. Requirements: LLB degree from a reputable institution. Admission as an attorney of the High Court. 6-7 years of post-admission experience with a focus on Labour and Employment Law. A proven history of managing intricate labour and employment issues. Robust litigation and dispute resolution acumen. Superior drafting, negotiation, and analytical prowess. Capable of juggling multiple clients and cases with finesse.
