BDegree or Diploma in Agriculture. Min 5yrs Management experience. 10yrs experience in the grain industry (Trading as well as Silo services) Safex trading Certificate required. Strategic Management of the grain divisions. Management of Finances, Customer Service, Personnel and market share. Oveerall management of grain operations and marketing processes. Good understading and knowledge of grain trading and operations of future markets. Analyse management statements / Margin Managment and Budget management. Good communication skills in both Afrikaans and English - Excellent negotiation skills. Computer Literate (MS Office) Analytical Accounting and Business insight.
