The Senior Manager - Business Support (Hiport) oversees the Business Support Team, ensuring the efficient management and optimisation of Hiport systems and processes. This role is responsible for analysing and implementing changes requested by clients and internal teams, investigating operational queries, and liaising with Hiports vendor, to resolve issues and explore new functionalities.
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in business support, system management, or a related role.
- Extensive experience with Hiport OR SIMILAR SYSTEMS.
- Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
