To develop and control the Integrated Business Management system and measure implementation of the system through systematic review and evaluation of all operating divisions to establish success. Liaise with customers, dealer networks, licensors and other external stakeholders on Safety, Health, Environmental, Energy and Quality issues. Ensure that Warranty, Gauge Calibration, Metrology, IMDS, Business Continuity Planning, Internal System Audit, Certification Audits, POPI, Legal Compliance and ESG processes are managed to achieve compliance with requirements. Develop and implement the integrated business management system addressing Quality, Safety and Health, Environmental and Energy (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001). Develop and execute the Internal System Audit Program addressing the requirements of Quality, Safety and Health, Environmental and Energy (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001) including corrective action requests and closeout. Plan, prepare and coordinate execution of various certification audits to maintain certifications for this manufacturing company. Oversee maintenance and calibration of all gauges and measuring equipment impacting on product quality, environmental, energy and safety management by controlling internal and external resources. Ensure that the metrology process is effective and efficient in the delivery of the required outcome in accordance with customer specific requirements and timing. Oversee the utilisation of the IMDS process for reporting part material composition as per customer requirement. Ensure that the Warranty Management system is effective and efficient to analyse field failures and to initiate corrective action to prevent recurrence. Manage collection, reviewing, and reporting of ESG data from multiple custodians or subject matter experts. Develop, maintain, and implement a Business Continuity plan and policy. Oversee compliance with the requirements of POPI Act across and within the company's business processes. Monitor and sign-off corrective action responses through the G8D system. Maintaining a central corrective action system to address Quality, Health, and Safety, Environmental and Energy non-compliances. Monitor and ensure that all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are developed, reviewed, and updated by respective process owners. Drive discussions and settling of share ratio payments between Company, Licensors and Customers. Compile and submit executive reports on IBMS-SHEQ activities in the business. Compile and submit carbon footprint reporting. Maintain a legal register that addresses requirements of the various certification standards. Manage the product dimensional verification process. Act as a Business Continuity Champion by ensuring that business continuity plans are accurately documented and effectively implemented. BSc /BTech Degree in Mechanical Engineering Certified lead auditor - IATF16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 50001 Minimum 7-10 years senior management experience Project management experience Automotive component manufacturing experience Experience of using core quality management tools (PFMEA, PPAP, MSA, APQP, G8D, Root cause analysis, SPC) Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Advanced business reporting skills
