As a Senior Manager: Implementation, you will play a pivotal role in setting strategic direction for the Rollout function. You will lead your team in identifying and acquiring sites, rolling out key infrastructure, and completing order fulfilments within agreed timelines. Your ability to develop strategies that improve network uptime and availability will be crucial to your success. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers at head-office level, ensuring their demands are accurately expressed and expectations managed across the Rollout function. Your innovative approach will drive improvements across work methods, techniques, and processes within the Rollout function.Support the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) in formulating the overall Technical strategy and leading execution at the departmental (Rollout) level.Initiate strategies that continuously improve network uptime and availability while reducing penalty exposures.Lead roll out of key infrastructure (new sites and upgrades) across asset lifecycle by ensuring effective implementation of processes and procedures.Develop and maintain relationships with customers at head-office level to accurately express customer demand and manage expectations across the Rollout function.Drive innovation across Rollout with a focus on work methods, techniques, and processes for improvement.Ensure quality of data shared is accurate and optimal to facilitate better decision-making internally and client discussions externally.Apply cross-disciplinary perspectives from Supply Chain, Legal, and Community Relations in evaluation of execution plans. The ideal candidate for this Senior Manager: Implementation role brings a wealth of experience in telecommunications infrastructure deployment and project management. You have a proven track record in strategy formulation & implementation within a technical environment. Your strong background in planning & budgeting has been honed within a telecommunications context. You have demonstrated skills in site acquisition & rollout management, and your experience in engineering management & enterprise asset management sets you apart.
