Midrand, Gauteng · Marketing/Public Relations Senior Manager: Marketing Communications (JB4164) Midrand (Hybrid working model) R1 000 000 - R1 200 000 CTC per annum Duration: 5-year Fixed Term Contract As a Senior Manager in Marketing Communications, you will be at the forefront of shaping and implementing innovative strategies that resonate in both corporate and public sector environments. Your unique blend of experience will be instrumental in driving the brand presence and communication initiatives to new heights. Minimum Requirements: Completed Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations degree. Honours or a master’s degree would be advantageous. 8 or more years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, with 4 or more years at a managerial level. Duties and Responsibilities: Strategic Planning, Implementation, and Management: Regularly develop and maintain the marketing and communications strategy and tools to ensure alignment with current market trends. Stakeholder Management: Develop and lead a comprehensive stakeholder management strategy for the organization. Promotional Strategies: Drive, implement, and review promotional strategies to ensure the successful rollout of initiatives and programs. Digital Marketing: Coordinate Digital Marketing efforts to ensure efficient and effective utilization of online platforms in promoting the corporate brand and presence. Brand Management: Drive brand management through various campaigns to create and maintain a vibrant and positive corporate image. Event Planning: Plan and coordinate corporate events, as well as external and internal publications. Resource Management: Effectively manage resources, including budget/finances, asset/equipment, and staff within the Department/Division/Unit to ensure efficient operation and optimal resource utilization.
