Oversee and manage relationships with over 100 clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery. Lead and manage a team of 6 accountants and bookkeepers providing outsourced accounting services to clients. Provide outsourced financial management services to select clients, including strategic financial advice and operational oversight. Ensure compliance with SARS regulations and proficiently handle eFiling processes. Utilize accounting software such as Xero, Pastel, Sage One, and Sage Evolution to streamline and enhance accounting operations. Effectively manage multiple monthly deadlines and ensure the team meets all financial reporting requirements. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Ideally CIMA or equivalent qualified Proven experience in a senior accounting or financial management role, with a strong track record of leading teams and managing outsourced financial services. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing and mentoring team members.
