Reference: HC003134-Moipo-1 Job Title: Senior Manager: Solutions Engineering Main Purpose of the Job: Oversee the creation, design, and maintenance of solutions, products, services, capabilities, and distribution, in support of the Alliance Banking Strategy. Provide strategic product direction to the alliance banking coverage team and alliance partners. Ensure solutions are robust, user-friendly, innovative, and meet the evolving needs of clients (including consumer and business banking verticals) and align with industry standards and banking regulations. Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum Experience: 5-7 years' experience in product design, product maintenance, or a related field. 3-5 years experience in a management role. Critical Competencies: In-depth knowledge of banking operations and regulations. Deep understanding of banking technologies and software development methodologies. Strategic thinking and ability to articulate client requirements. Strong product knowledge and data architecture. Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges. Project management skills to oversee solution implementation projects. Understanding of relevant banking legislation and regulations. Advanced analytical skills and ability to stay agile and adaptable in a rapidly changing banking landscape. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and strong communication skills (verbal and written). Presentation and facilitation skills, and report writing.
