Reference: JHB001539-MS-1 TITLE: Senior Manager Spatial Portfolio Key Performance Outputs: Ensure the maximization of non-aeronautical income by developing and facilitating the management of world class facilities for the benefit of all the stakeholders. Perform relevant commercial benchmarking of the portfolio and ensure continuous improvement and revenue growth. Provide commercial & infrastructure portfolio expertise on international expansion opportunities. Negotiate and review contracts/concession agreements with prospective and existing tenants. Establish, determine and manage internal and external relations, including the interface with relevant government authorities to ensure organizational needs are met. Run data exception reports and take corrective action. Conduct document control spot-checks. Ensure remedial actions is implemented timeously to address non-conformances. Plan, organize, lead and control subordinate's activities to ensure sub-functional objectives are met or exceeded. Coach team and create a pro-learning environment. Assess team development needs and close gaps. Technical Skills and Experience: Bachelor Honours Degree (4 years - 480 credits) NQF Level 8 in Commercial is essential. 8 years management experience in Commercial Management and Commercial Asset Management is essential. 5 years management experience in People and Stakeholder Management is essential 3 years management experience in Airport Commercial Management is recommended.
