As a Senior Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of a high quality, accurate and timely professional service to SKX Protiviti by ensuring successful completion of assigned IT Audit engagements inclusive of pre-planning and wrap up activities. Responsibilities / Duties: Manage the delivery of IT audit projects for complex/challenging engagements in line with agreed profitability and value targets. Manage key client relationships. Identify and exploit business development opportunities; Assist the Business Development Consultant with completion and submission of Tenders/Proposals Attend tender briefings with the BD Consultant as when needed. Co-develop and document the engagement risk management approach, ensure adequate consideration the risks and review working papers. Manage multiple audit assignments. Perform detailed information technology audit reviews to assess the client's risk factors and perform related audits to confirm that the risks are mitigated. Manage the input for reporting to the Audit Committee. Act as an advisor to management on business controls impacted by the information technology through direct interaction and as a member of various project teams and committees. Contribute to the development of the annual information technology audit plan by leveraging knowledge of existing internal controls and assessing operational effectiveness and efficiencies across the organization. Provide functional advice, supervision and training to audit staff. Oversee the planning, execution and reporting of information technology, operational and controls reviews. These reviews will identify business and information technology risks. Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring staff. Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff. Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training professional. Contribute to the maintenance of an educational program to continually develop personal skills of staff Qualification and Experience: BCom (Auditing/Accounting/Finance) or BTECH/ND (Auditing/Accounting/Finance) A minimum of 6 years' relevant experience at manager level in Auditing and Investigations CISA, CISM or CISP' Must have TELECOMS Experience Exposure to both Public and Private Sector Technical skills Knowledge of statistical techniques and analysis Manipulate large data sets and code across variety sets Knowledge on how to gather and monitor information Report writing Key Competencies: Planning and organizing Tact and discretion in dealing with confidential information Attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills Information and task monitoring Problem identification, analysis and solving Judgment and problem-solving Teamwork Stress tolerance and resilience Excellent written and communication skills Integrity, reliability and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and result orientation Strong work ethic Customer service orientation Leadership, direction and management of people Adaptability Interpersonal skills Desired Skills: CISA CISM CISP Statistical Analysis Data Analysis IT audit Financial audit technology model tools Telecommunication Desired Qualification Level & Accreditations: Degree Compliance Institute of South Africa About The Employer: Sekela Consulting and Xabiso Chartered Accountants, established in 2004 and 2003 respectively, share similar origins.
