Our client is looking for a Senior Manual Tester to join their team. You will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing manual tests, identifying bugs, and working closely with developers to resolve issues. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining the high standards of our products and enhancing user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications. Perform thorough manual testing of software applications, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing. Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies, ensuring clear communication with the development team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand requirements and provide feedback. Participate in requirement review meetings, providing input from a testing perspective. Ensure testing processes are followed and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Mentor and guide junior testers, sharing best practices and knowledge. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in manual testing, with a focus on complex software applications. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC). Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Quality Center). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. ISTQB certification or equivalent is preferred. Apply Now
