Description RPO Recruitment's client, a leading FMCG company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior New Product Developer to join their team. As a Senior New Product Developer, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and developing new products in the fast-paced FMCG industry. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept ideation to commercialization Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and market opportunities Create innovative and commercially viable product concepts and formulations Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including RandD, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain, to ensure successful product launches Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project goals and deadlines Oversee sensory evaluations and product testing to ensure quality and consistency Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in product development Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members Requirements Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in new product development, preferably in the FMCG industry Proven track record of successfully launching new products Strong knowledge of food ingredients, formulations, and food processing techniques Experience in consumer research and market analysis Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong leadership capabilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and product development software Benefits Salary: negotiable Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
