Our Client is a leading television production company dedicated to creating high-quality drama series that captivate and engage audiences. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and innovation in storytelling and production We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Drama Online Editor to join our dynamic post-production team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in online television final editing and quality control (QC) and must be proficient in using Avid. The Senior Drama Online Editor will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of post-production quality for our drama series. Key Responsibilities: Perform final online editing for drama series, ensuring all edits are precise and meet the creative vision of the production. Conduct thorough quality control (QC) checks to identify and correct any technical or visual issues. Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and other members of the post-production team to achieve the desired final product. Implement feedback from creative reviews and make necessary adjustments to edits. Ensure all deliverables meet broadcast standards and technical specifications. Manage and organize project files, media, and assets efficiently within Avid. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the editing process. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in editing technology and techniques. Manage activities and out-put of 4 Junior Editors. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in online television final editing and quality control (QC). Proficiency in Avid editing software. Strong understanding of post-production workflows and broadcast standards. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual and technical quality. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience working on drama series is highly desirable. A creative mindset with the ability to bring stories to life through precise and impactful editing. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other editing software and tools. Background in colour grading and audio mixing.
