Reference: JHB000567-Maseg-1 The Senior Operations manager has a strategic role responsible for overseeing the day-to day operational management functions of a super-regional shopping centre. The primary objectives include managing the operations team, technical services, building maintenance, soft services, health and safety compliance, budget management and ad hoc building projects. A key aspect of the role is to drive strategic operational initiatives aimed at continuous building improvement. Thus includes the integration of innovative technologies and identifying opportunities for operational enhancements and the success implementation of sustainability goals. Experience Minimum of 5 years in a Regional or super Regional Shopping Centre as Operations Manager Experience with the implementation of all regulations applicable to the industry and in particular implementation and management of Health and Safety regulations Proven high level stake holder management experience (internal and external) Proven staff management including mentoring succession planning and all related aspects of Human Capital Proven tenant management skills, tenant relationship skills and experience within the asset and property management environments.
