As Senior Operations Manager, you will spearhead the strategic direction and oversee the execution of all plant operations, ensuring the seamless integration of quality, logistics, safety, and operational efficiency. Lead the overall operational performance of the Lanseria production plant, fostering a culture of collaborative leadership and continuous improvement. Direct the production planning systems, ensuring the manufacturing of high-quality products while maintaining good practices and enforcing quality standards. Build and manage a capable operations leadership team, enhancing employee relations and operational strategies. Develop and align operational strategies and targets, ensuring their successful implementation across all relevant plants. Control costs and maximize asset utilization to achieve financial objectives, instilling cost awareness throughout the plant. Support sales in new business tenders, providing essential information for accurate product costing and analysis. Maintain compliance with legal requirements and company policies, while developing robust relationships with customers and suppliers. Bachelor/Master or Diploma in a relevant field, with a strong affinity for operations management. At least 5 years of experience in an international manufacturing setting, preferably within the plastic packaging industry. A dedication to Operational Excellence, with a deep comprehension of cost calculation and performance metrics. Leadership prowess with a proven track record in team training and development. Advanced proficiency in MS Office. Independent working ability with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in English; additional language skills are beneficial. Negotiable CTC based on qualifications and experience
