The role demands a degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least five years of experience in an FMCG environment.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing maintenance strategies, managing maintenance teams, analysing maintenance and breakdown reports, and ensuring safety and environmental regulations compliance.
You will also facilitate the preventive maintenance programme, oversee contractor adherence to SHE site requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills are essential.
